Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Though instances of lost, stolen, or damaged packages are rare, we are not responsible for such instances. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at simplynicecanada@hotmail.com within 2 days of delivery. We will help assist in resolving the issue through communication with our carrier to help locate your package.
