How much for a logo/design?
Pricing varies between each project, and is based on a few factors:
- design size
- complexity (i.e. thread colour changes, type of thread, etc.)
- design style (embroidery or DTF)
- order quantity
- items ordered

What is your turn-around time?
Time for your order to be completed depends on your order size, however, the average order can take up to 10 days* to be completed.
*This time-frame is subject to change and is not guaranteed or the same across all orders – please consult with us about this when ordering.
What is your exchange/return policy?
Due to the nature of our service (custom and made to orde)r, there are no returns or exchanges permitted. All orders are FINAL SALE.
What is the "start-up fee"
Our startup fee ensures that your design is perfectly prepared for embroidery/printing. This includes digitizing the artwork, setting up the machines, and making test runs to guarantee high-quality results. It’s a one-time fee per design, so future reorders won’t have this charge! (New designs are subject to start-up fee)
Fees are based on your design and selected printing service, and can range from $10-$75+ CAD.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting us with your order number at simplynicecanada@hotmail.com
After 24 hours your order may not be able to be cancelled.
Do you offer customized packaging?
services, including custom neck labels, hang tags, or packaging.
However, we plan to eventually offer these services by 2026.
Can I send you my own design files or prints?
Absolutely! If you have your own design in the proper format for us to use, let us know in your order form.

Will the colours from my design be accurate once printed/embroidered?
We strive to match the colours in your design as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, or embroidery thread options. For the best results, we recommend providing specific colour codes (like Pantone or RGB) or consulting with us to ensure your expectations are met.
Can I bring you my own items to print on?
Yes, we can print on items you bring to us, provided they are compatible with our printing process. To ensure the best results, please contact us beforehand with details about your item, such as the material, brand, and size. This allows us to confirm if it’s suitable for printing and will meet your expectations.

What is the garment care like?
Though our products are made to last, garment care is essential for long-lasting designs. Care will vary between different fabrics and services (e.g. dtf print vs embroidery). Please see her for some of our tips and recommendations.*
*Please ensure you also follow your garment care labels and note that garment care is the sole responsibility of the buyer/consumer.
What is the faint ring mark around my design?
The impressions or indentations left on the fabric are known as embroidery ring marks that happen during the embroidery process. These marks occur because the hoop applies pressure to hold the fabric taut while the design is being stitched, and are a normal part of production.
While we strive to always remove these ring marks before-hand, please note that they come out in the first wash or with a damp cloth.
What is the fabric on the back of my design?
This material is called "embroidery backing" and is added on the inside of the garment to stabilize your design so it doesn't pucker and is more durable.
This can sometimes make your design feel a little scratchy on the skin. If this will be a problem for you, please notify us to add a patch.
Embroidery backing is an industry standard and is required for durable, high-quality embroideries.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
To calculate shipping time, please consider the designated turnover time for your order and then add it to your selected shipping method time.
For example: 5 day turnover + 7 day delivery method = 12 - 16 business days to deliver*.
*delivery times are subject to change due to any last minute order changes and/or courier delays.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Simply Nice Canada proudly ships worldwide! No matter where you are, we’re committed to delivering high-quality custom embroidery and print products right to your doorstep. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location, so feel free to contact us for more details.

What shipping company do you use?
We currently ship with Chit Chats and Canada Post. If you prefer OR need a different provider, we can certainly accommodate that.
My order is delayed, what should I do?
The following are the some of the main reasons packages are not delivered:
- Missed calls from the courier;
- Incorrect contact number provided at purchase;
- Incorrect shipping address provided at purchase.
- Sent to your community mailbox and not your door
If the delivery failed for any of these reasons, please contact us at simplynicecanada@hotmail.com with:
- Your order number
- the correct contact number/address;
- the available times for re-delivery.
If none of these reasons are applicable, often times your package is still on the way and our shipping carrier may is experiencing delays on their end due to:
- Re-routing your package
- High-volume of shipments
- Bad weather

What should I do if my order is lost, stolen or, damaged?
We understand how frustrating this can be, and we’re here to help. If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivered notification at simplynicecanada@hotmail.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities.
For damaged packages, please send us photos within 3 days of receiving package.
NOTE: Simply Nice Canada cannot and will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels or items.
My order shows it's being returned to sender
If your order is being returned to us, it could be due to an incomplete address, delivery attempt failure, or other shipping issues. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can assist you. Once we receive the returned package, we’ll confirm the next steps, which may include reshipping the order (additional shipping fees may apply)
Can I modify my shipping details?
- If the order is yet to be shipped, please contact simplynicecanada@hotmail.com so that we can modify your shipping details.
- You will need to bear any possible shipping-related price differences.
- If the order has been shipped, you can no longer modify it and are responsible for any incurred expenses.
