STANDARD

Classic machine embroidery uses a computerized system to stitch designs onto fabric with precision.

The process begins with using or digitizing a design file that instructs the machine on stitch types, directions, and thread colours. The fabric is secured in a hoop, and the machine uses various stitches, like satin or fill, to bring the design to life.

The process ensures professional, detailed, and durable results, with finishing touches like trimming threads and removing stabilizers for a polished look.

EMBOSSED MONOGRAM

This style is a machine embroidery technique that creates a 3D effect by raising some areas of the fabric while flattening others in the negative space.

Recommended for items/fabrics with a high nap, such as terrycloth, fleece, and microfiber plush (ex. towels and cloths).

3D PUFF

This technique creates a raised, 3D effect by using a special foam backing underneath the design. The embroidery machine stitches over the foam, which expands as the thread is applied, giving the monogram a puffy, textured appearance.

This technique is ideal for bold, simple designs like text, as it adds depth and dimension to the fabric, creating a unique, eye-catching effect. The result is a luxurious, tactile finish that stands out on items like hats, shirts, and jackets.
